The Mumble-Ruby-Pluginbot is an audio bot for Mumble-Servers. It has several plugins to extend functionality.
For example you can search and download music on Youtube, Bandcamp, Ektoplazm and Soundcloud or listen to radio livestreams.
To run such a bot one needs to setup a Linux Server and follow the official „Copy and paste installation howto„.
But if you are not familiar with Linux at all or just don’t want to do the howto yourself please try this VirtualBox Appliance, which is a virtual machine image with an already completly set up Ubuntu Server 15.10 Linux and a running Mumble-Ruby-Pluginbot.
All you need to do is to start the virtual machine, add a username for your bot, the server address and perhaps change the sound quality.
The documentation how to download the appliance, how to use it and how to configure the bot can be found at http://mumble-ruby-pluginbot.readthedocs.io/en/master/appliance.html.
It takes only few minutes and runs on Windows, Mac OS and Linux.
Have fun and please give some feedback :)
